Kofi Essel-Appiah – Chief Director
Kofi is an Architect by profession. He brings to the team significant amounts of architectural consulting and development experience from both public and private sector perspectives. Kofi’s expertise in design and construction is nationally recognized. Kofi is also the owner and Principal for the architectural firm, PREDIOS. He has excellent ability in leading and Coordinating Technical and Professional Teams in Pre-Contract and Post Contract Works.
Ing Hector Boye PMP – Director
Hector oversees PRAEKTS’s Risk consulting services. Hector has over (22) years post-qualification experience in design, construction and project administration of transportation, housing, water supply and energy infrastructure. Having majored in Water Resources Engineering he was part of the consulting team of the Watershed Management Component of Ghana Village Infrastructure Project. Hector’s experience includes relevant studies for the development and maintenance of rural roads in Ghana through projects, respectively financed by the World Bank/UNDP/ILO, USAID/DANIDA and Ghana Government.
Richard Adjani PMP – Director
He is a practical Project Management person, He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ghana, as well as a Project Management Professional Certification from the PMI (USA). Richard heads PRAEKTS cost division. He has over ten (10) years working experience, with six (6) years managerial level experience. His experience profile cuts across Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Project Cost management (Pre-Contract and Post-Contract quantity surveying practice), building and construction management, Business Management, Information Systems Deployment, software marketing, installation and training.
Ahlix Asiamah PMP – Director
Ahlix Is a certified PMP, with a decade of experience in Construction management. He is the chief Director in all issues related to schedule development. He has over 4 years’ experience in the Consultancy and Training in Project Management Software. His Successfully Project Managed the delivery of a Petroleum payment card for a major oil companies in Ghana and other electronic card Payment Systems. He has managed the procurement and instalment of medical equipment in several hospitals in Ghana.
Malcolm Nelson PMP – Director
Malcolm Serves as the Communication Director at PRAEKT. With a solid background in Project and Event management coupled with years of working in various I.T. capacities he brings a considerable amount of expertise in system integration, web2.0 development and implementation during the life cycles of projects PRAEKT embarks on.
His possession of good inter-personal skills makes him valued in his role as a client liaison.
He is a certified project manager and a Member of the PMI.
